System implementation is a challenging task which combines many of Novo’s experience areas. Having had experience implementing systems that are provincial wide, Novo is ready to help implement any sized system. We have an ability to seamlessly integrate with other teams, which is a key aspect to our success in this area.
Whether it’s creating a test plan, developing test scripts, or conducting the testing itself, we have had experience doing it. We have tested large and small systems while working with developers to ensure any bugs were successfully addressed. With additional experiences planning and running user acceptance testing, Novo is able to handle all testing projects and tasks.

We have experience helping organizations map out their current processes, then, using our expertise, we are able to asses an organizations goals and create and document a future state that will ensure they get to where they want to be.
